Thanks for nice app Omitra.

Just now reached Howrah by Bikaner Howrah Express.

On The way few passengers boarded without reservation in our compartment I.e. B4 third AC. and sat on our seats. 
Co passengers too asked them to sit in general compartment, but they did not avail our requests. As ladies too were feeling uncomfortable, I made a complaint through OMitra.  It was my surprise that my few lines complaint was taken care of.  sms copy is as follows

Four police men came for help. The unauthorized  passengers had to leave our reserved seats.  After this prompt action other passengers too became alert for not allowing passengers without tickets.
